I brought this for my son and He loves it.

Especially because it’s Melbourne and has his name on it. We have to take it to the local footy with us and no matter where we go he has it in the car and on the cold nights wraps Himself up in it on the couch.

Frequently Asked Questions

STILL NOT SURE?

Please read the FAQ's below. If you can't find the answer you
are looking for our email is at the bottom of the page!

You can use almost any digital image for your personalised photo blanket, including family portraits, wedding photos, pet photos and more. Just make sure your image is high-resolution for the best results. There is a maximum of 4 people in the photo. For best results select photos where the subject is front and centre.

Using our online design tool, creating your blanket with pictures is easy. Simply upload your image, add the desired text, select your size and colour preferences. Once we receive your order we will optimise your photo and send you a proof for approval.

Once you've placed your order, we'll get to work crafting your personalised photo blanket. We’ll ship your order within five business days (once approval has been received), no matter where you live in Australia. Plus, we offer free shipping.

Absolutely! A custom blanket with pictures makes a thoughtful and unique gift for any occasion, from birthdays and anniversaries to weddings and new baby celebrations. Select the "send as a gift" option at checkout and enter the recipient’s address to have the personalised photo blanket shipped directly to your loved one, ensuring a delightful surprise.

To keep your custom blanket with pictures looking its best, we recommend washing it in warm water on a gentle cycle and tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to air dry. Avoid ironing or dry cleaning, as this may damage the delicate fibres.

At Thread the Word, we stand by the quality of every custom photo blanket we create. If you encounter a genuine fault, please contact our customer service within seven days of delivery. We'll diligently work with you to find a solution. As each blanket is custom-made, we don’t accept returns for change of mind, spelling errors, or size/colour choices.

Absolutely! Once your custom blanket with pictures order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to Aus Post. This allows you to conveniently monitor your package's journey from our Melbourne warehouse to your doorstep.

Choose from six sizes, including Newborn (90cm x 60cm), Bassinet (75cm x 100cm), Cot (Crib) (90cm x 150cm), Adult (110cm x 190cm), Throw (130cm x 150cm), and Single Bed (150cm x 220cm).

Each order is crafted to your specifications, making changes challenging once it's in process. So, double-check every detail before confirming your custom photo blanket. Unfortunately, returns aren't accepted for change of heart, typos, or colour discrepancies.

Absolutely! Our gift cards are perfect for giving the gift of personalised photo blankets. Simply click the Gift Card link, choose your desired amount, and complete your purchase. These gift cards remain valid for three years and will be promptly emailed to you for easy gifting.
